GENERAL PURCHASING:

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the terms below. 

When you place an order on our website you are required to provide your full name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and payment details. Please make sure that all details provided are complete and correct at the time of your order placement. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been received by us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. This may be due to a multitude of reasons including but not limited to; information listed on the order is incorrect, item not available, payment method was rejected. 

If there is an issue contact us as soon as possible so we can try to assist you with any changes of the product or cancellation if possible. Pre-orders can not be canceled once you submit your order. 

Delivery of your ordered product(s) are scheduled in the checkout page. All risk of loss or damage to the items ordered passes to you upon pickup or delivery when the item has been given to you.

 

Potentially Fraudulent Orders: If you submit a charge back on an order you placed on our site we are charged a fee. You, the customer, are responsible for this fee which can start at $15.00. Please contact us BEFORE submitting a charge back on an order you are suspicious of. We can help provide details about the order to clarify if the order is valid. Before you cause us to incur a charge back fee while the order is being investigated and have the funds for

the order frozen or removed please give us the opportunity to help first. We are a small business and can not absorb these fees or have payment for orders held up for months due to your bank or credit cards charge back process. 

PROCESSING TIME: 
All orders have processing time of 5 days. 

RETURN POLICY: 
There is no returns.  

PRICING: 

All prices are in US Dollars. 

Delivery is an additional charge unless otherwise indicated. Full payment is required to be made and be cleared funds before your order is delivered.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product offered on our website. 

While we work hard to provide correct information in product descriptions and pricing that appear on this website, errors (including processing errors) may occur. Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with an incorrect description or image due to a typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction.

INDEMNITY: 
You must indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against all losses, damages, claims, actions, proceedings, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the website or the content, products or your breach of any of the terms. 

Those with food allergies should not consume any nuts we carry. Product packaging does not contain full list of ingredients.

No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. You are solely responsible for taking your own security precautions for accessing this website (eg: anti-virus software). We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any interference or damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of this website or any linked website.

After a purchase has been placed in our shop once your order has been delivered you may receive an email asking you to review your purchase. This is not mandatory and you can choose to provide feedback (we hope you love your items) or disregard the email. It is a helpful tool for us and to provide potential customers with real life feedback from our valued customers.
